The FTC has approved a Final Rule that effectively renders most non-competes void and unenforceable.

Notwithstanding the ubiquity of “blanket” purchase orders throughout many supply chains, the Michigan Supreme Court has declared they are unenforceable if they do not set forth specific quantities.

Non-competes could soon become a thing of the past under a recent FTC proposed rule that, if enacted, would effectively render most such agreements void and unenforceable.
